VERY bad experience. The lady at the counter at the Lisbon airport was extremely rude, unattending and she behaved like we were liars and that it was only her problem that she had such a stressful situation with us. In brief, they blocked 980 euros on my credit card and they lied that they didn't and that the attempt failed, but the bank confirmed the money was in fact blocked. We decided to make another attempt with another credit card, but... the lady said that "she already has a problem with us and she doesn't want another one, so she will not try to authorize that card again".Our bank helpdesk was not amused, to say the least. We wrote a complaint but it was dismissed, so I can only warn other potential customers.
